We offer a variety of group exercise options. Read on for more information, or click here to view our checklist to find the right fit for you!

Our Circuit Class is taking expressions of interest for a Tuesday evening class.  It incorporates a mix of cardio, core strengthening, strength/resistance and flexibility into a dynamic circuit class. Our classes are capped at 10 people to keep numbers small, develop a supportive and social environment, and allow for more one-on-one instruction. You may have heard about the importance of core strength in helping back pain and similar conditions.  We run a Core Strength and Stability Class on Thursday nights from 6pm - 7pm which teaches you how to perform deep core muscle exercises suitable for your age and physical condition.  We place special attention on supervising how you do the exercises to ensure they are performed in the correct manner. This class is particularly targeted toward people who experience lower back pain but is suitable for everyone. Click here to view our class flyer.

A specialised Type II Diabetes Class runs every Tuesday morning from 10am - 11am.  People with Type II Diabetes are eligible for 8 FREE exercise sessions under the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care program.
